USAID Rule of Law Program seeks to hire Georgian expert/team of experts that will support the Program to develop moot court case on child`s rights with detailed legal and factual points, brief outline and clear definition of what is requested from the court; detailed description of evidence, witnesses and their testimonies, expert conclusions. The defense and prosecution shall have equal chances to win the case. The case shall be tried by the jurors so relevant articles shall apply.
