SOS Children`s Villages International (SOS CVI) is a global non-profit organization working in 139 countries and territories. SOS Children`s Villages Georgia (SOS GE) is one of the affiliated members of SOS Children`s Villages International, focusing on the care and support of children at risk of losing and/or deprived of parental care. The association was established in 1989 in Georgia and actively collaborates with governmental and non-governmental organizations to advocate for the rights of socially vulnerable children and the well-being of their families. The organization implements various programs in order to support target group beneficiaries. Through Family Strengthening Programmes (FSP), SOS CV helps parents and communities build capacities to care for their children in safe and loving family environment. The organization operates in five regions of Georgia (Imereti, Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, Racha-Lechkhumi, Kvemo Svaneti and the capital city - Tbilisi).
