The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Georgia announces its call for expression of interest for the implementation of the project -"UNHCR Georgia Multi-Objective project". The purpose of the Concept Note is for the potential partner to express the interest and demonstrate its unique advantage and value added for undertaking the UNHCR project and entering into a funded Partnership Agreement.

The Concept Note is to help UNHCR to better understand and select the best-fit partner for this specific project and is not a full and well-defined description of the project. Thereafter, only the selected applicant (s) will be requested to submit a fully-elaborated, detailed project proposal and a budget.

During the evaluation of the applications, an eligibility check will be performed on the basis of the supporting documents submitted by the applicant organization.
