The USAID Rule of Law Program seeks to hire a local expert who will actively work with GYLA to develop communication standards and manual for the consultants as well as train them and help them to adopt a unified approach of communication with beneficiaries. The expert will present the document and conduct training for the consultants on the communication standards and approach.
