The Council of Europe is currently implementing until 31 December 2023 a project “Strengthening Participatory Democracy and Human Rights at Local Level in Georgia”, which aims to strengthen civil participation in decision-making process at local level in Georgia.

In this context, it is looking for a providers(s) for the provision of national consultancy services to support the implementation of the Citizens Assembly in Ozurgeti municipality and city of Rustavi municipality.
