USAID Rule of Law Program seeks to hire Georgian expert/team of experts that will support the Program to develop 2 days training course for the student-paralegals (maximum 25) on topics including:
** effective communication and conflict resolution
** Public Speaking
** Presentation and Self-positioning skills
Training module should include topics on communication skills to successfully deliver a message, the ability to communicate effectively with hostile audience, how to effectively convey and receive messages, tools of resolving conflict, how to respond effectively, tools to improve public speaking, presentation, and self-positioning skills.
Trainees will include student-paralegals in Adjara region. The maximum number of students will be 25. Selected expert/group of experts envisaged to conduct minimum 2 days training in Batumi. Other locations outside of Batumi might be considered as well. Travel, lodging and training room/meals will be covered by the USAID Rule of Law Program.
