"Women's Fund in Georgia" announces the competition of community grants for organizations and initiative groups in Guria, Racha, Kakheti and Imereti. The partners of the project are: "Women for a Common Future - Georgia", "Council of Elderly Women", "Woman and Reality", "Racha Community Organization" and "Young Pedagogues’ Union". The project is financed by the European Union.

The grant program aims to support women's and queer community initiatives that serve to improve the economic, political and social status of women. In particular, the priority topics will be: women's economic empowerment, easing the burden of unpaid work, encouraging women's political participation, increasing awareness of gender equality, promoting the realisation of the rights of women with disabilities, empowering women entrepreneurs, gender aspects of war.
