MSI is implementing the Good Governance in Georgia (G3) program under contract with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The G3 program works with national and local governmental agencies to improve services, efficiency and instill good governance practices. G3 will help improve transparency, accountability and institutional efficiencies at all levels of government of Georgia institutions, stakeholders, civil society and citizens.
The overarching goal of the G3 is to address challenges facing governance at the local and national levels as well as to promote broader citizens engagement with their elected officials, the media, civil society, and the members of political parties through establishment and maintenance of Centers for Civic Engagement (CCEs) throughout Georgia.
G3's Component One promotes more responsive and engaged governance at the national level by improving institutional efficiency, transparency and accountability and implementing mechanisms and systems for internal and external communications.
This Request for Proposals is to provide assistance to the PR/Communications Department at the State Chancellery of the Government of Georgia to strengthen its institutional operations and systems related to cross governmental communication as well as with the citizens and stakeholders.
This RFP calls for proposals from individual organizations as well as multiple service providers who have entered into consortiums to implement RFP's requested tasks indicated below in the Section C.
