HR Officer

ASB Georgia is looking for a motivated HR Officer to implement HR related administrative tasks and contribute to making the organization a better place to work. The HR officer is expected to be knowledgeable with employment legislation and possess strategic insight to the labor process. Beside daily routine, as keeping lists for sick leave, holidays, compensation days etc, the HR Officer is also supposed to advise the senior management of ASB Georgia about changes and adaptions in the labor law and about new initiatives. The ideal candidate is firm with Code of Conduct policies, PSEAH implementation and has a proven record of working in an International Non Profit organization.
