CARE is seeking a Development and Fundraising Consultant to place on contract for an initial period of up to six months to revise and execute regional fundraising strategy. This role will explore bilateral, foundation, corporate and individual revenue sources. The Consultant will report directly to the CEO of CARE Caucasus.
