UNFPA Georgia CO hereby solicits a quotation for the procurement of Hotel services - namely, Accommodation for the participants of two regional, successive conferences: the first conference_50 participants during 25-27 September, 2023, and the second conference for 55 participants for 27-29 September, 2023. Due to the departure and arrival of the delegates 100 rooms will be needed for accommodating the delegates on September 27 (as per availability of the flights). This Request for Quotation is open to all legally-constituted companies that can provide the requested services and have legal capacity to deliver in the country, or can deliver through an authorized representative, - not later than 12:00 on May 17, 2023.
