The Georgian Centre for Psychosocial and Medical Rehabilitation of Torture Victims (GCRT) is seeking a qualified External Evaluator for European Union funded project aimed at eliminating gender-based violence and domestic violence in Georgia. The Evaluator will be responsible for assessing the project`s progress on an interim and final basis (outputs, outcomes), drawing conclusions, and providing recommendations.
