Position Description
The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist provides expertise in monitoring and evaluation and oversees the implementation of the Activity Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Plan. S/he is responsible for setting up and managing the project`s M&E system to track project progress, monitor outputs and measure the impact/ effectiveness of project interventions. S/he is responsible for measuring impact, providing data for continual improvement of activity effectiveness, facilitating adaptive learning, and supporting USAID reporting needs.
