Chemonics International, an international development organization based in Washington, D.C., seeks a Strategic Communications and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Specialist for the newly-awarded USAID Educating the Future Activity. This is a 5-year activity to strengthen the quality of pre-service teacher education programs, build the capacity of school administrators as instructional leaders, and support the implementation of decentralization policies within education. The objectives are as follows:

1. Enhance the quality and inclusiveness of pre-service teacher education programs;

2. Improve school governance; and

3. Support the decentralization of the basic education system.
