Responsibilities:

The position has two areas of responsibility/roles:

• The responsibility/role of the Digitalisation Partner entails the Focal Point function for the Country Office and Projects for the following topics: Digital Transformation - Digital Literacy and Security - Data Protection - Information & Documentation Management - Cloud Applications - Internal IT Processes.
• The responsibility/role as the Information Security Officers is to play an important role in the implementation and maintenance of a GIZ-wide information security management system and must, as the Focal Point, establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the information security management system at GIZ in Georgia.
