The USAID Green Economy Program is a five-year, $24.5 million program funded by USAID and implemented by DAI to build a more prosperous economy for Georgian workers, families, and communities. The Program will enhance the competitiveness and capacity of target economic sectors, promote access to Western markets, create high-value employment opportunities, and reduce the environmental footprint of Georgia`s economy. 

Position description: 

The Human Resources and Organizational Development Manager supports the project team in all activities related to Human Resources (HR) according to DAI`s policies and procedures and USAID requirements. The Human Resources and Organizational Development Manager ensures recruitment of LTTA and STTA staff, contract management, benefits provision, performance management, salaries calculations, employee relations, and employee training. This position reports to the Director of Finance and Operations (DFO).
