CENN announces call for proposals for mid-term evaluation of the project Sustainable Forest Management, which is being implemented by CENN with the support of Austrian Development Agency (ADA).

Evaluation shall be performed by a national evaluator having the following qualifications:

** More than 7 year experience in international project evaluation;

** Knowledge of local environmental situation in Georgia and preferably also acquaintance with forestry sector of the country;

** A good gender expertise and knowledge of evaluations methods needed for gender specific analysis;

** Knowledge of ADA Guidelines for Project and Programme Evaluations (attached in the ToR);

** Familiarity with the OECD/DAC evaluation quality standards;

** An extensive experience in interviewing and data processing in social and environmental research fields.
