Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer is responsible for enhancing the organization`s M&E efforts and monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the projects. The role aims to ensure that project activities are aligned with the organization`s goals, effectively measure progress, and provide insights for decision-making and program improvement. The M&E Officer will work closely with project teams to collect, analyze, and disseminate data, ensuring that lessons learned inform future initiatives.
