The Council of Europe project on “Supporting Freedom of Expression and Media in Georgia (SFEM-GE)” is looking for Provider(s) for the provision of national consultancy services on the following topic(s): 

Protection and safety of journalists (law and practice) 

Media regulation (under the Law of Georgia on Broadcasting and other related legislative acts) 

Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation (SLAPPs) 

Human rights and freedom of expression (ECtHR, Council of Europe standards and relevant Georgian legislation) 

Research in the field of media and journalism (media landscape assessment, etc.).
