Develop a GESI-sensitive Competence Package for Institutional Development of CSOs.

World Vision (WV) is a humanitarian organization dedicated to working with children, families, and their communities worldwide to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice. 

WV plans to develop a practical and legally aligned competence package that enables CSOs to strengthen their financial, managerial, and operational systems, and include gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) across institutional policies and processes. 

The assignment will be carried out in the scope of the project: Outsourcing Social Services in Georgia - strong CSOs for quality services. For this purpose, WV is inviting consultants to submit proposals.
