Since September 2023, Mercy Corps has been implementing a 3-year program titled `Safe Online: Promoting Safety and Empowering Women in the Digital Economy`, that operates in targeted areas of Georgia and Armenia to advance inclusive economic growth through democratizing digital transformation and online safety for women in business. In Georgia, the program works with the Center for Strategy and Development (CSD), and in Armenia with Impact Innovation Institute`s Initiatives Foundation (IMINI). 

In the framework of the Safe Online Program, the Center for Strategy and Development (CSD) aims to foster strong multi-stakeholder engagement and establish a shared understanding of how digital exclusion and online violence impact access to and safety in the digital economy. 

Terms of Reference: Development of a Business Toolkit. 

The Objective of the Assignment: In an open competition format, CSD seeks a consultant/organization to develop a business toolkit that supports individual businesses to assess and address the risks of online violence and improve their access to the digital economy.
