In July 2012 Oxfam GB started a new project "Enhancing Political Participation and Empowerment for Women and Youth in Georgia and Armenia", funded by the British Embassy. This project will be a part of a larger, Gender Justice programme that aims to empower women and girls to exercise their rights, through participation in decision-making. This Gender Justice programme will be designed from September 2012 onwards.

Request for expression of interest: Baseline Survey, Enhancing Political Participation and Empowerment for Women and Youth in Georgia and Armenia.

Baseline survey has been identified as a key tool for the monitoring and evaluation of the current funded project, and also for the design of a quality and responsive new Gender Justice Programme. As such, Oxfam GB is pleased to invite organizations, which are in a position to carry out the baseline survey in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference, to express their interest.
