European Commission is pleased to announce Grant Competition - Investing in People (Development Cooperation Instrument) Supporting public health institutes. This Call for Proposals is part of the "Investing in People” thematic programme that pursues a broad approach to development and poverty reduction, with the general aim of improving human and social development levels in partner countries, in accordance with the United Nations Millenium Declarationand the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
