UN Association of Georgia (UNAG) is an independent, not-for-profit organization based in Tbilisi, Georgia. UNAG is announcing the Tender on Annual International Audit for the year 2013 and USAID funded Program "Advancing National Integration (ANI)".

The audit shall cover the following aspects:

** Auditing the financial statements of UNAG;

** Ensuring UNAG compliance with International Accounting Standards;

** Ensuring UNAG compliance with UNAG Internal Finance, Procurement and Administration Procedures;

** Ensuring UNAG compliance with the Tax Code of Georgia;

** Preparing a management letter identifying significant internal control deficiencies and offering constructive recommendations concerning management policies.

** Identifying UNAG's Indirect Cost Rate for the year 2013.

** Auditing the FAS of "ANI"

** Ensuring UNAG compliance with USAID Financial Procedures and Reporting Standards (Please, find attached file for details).

** Consulting on current issuesThe result of the audit should be the following kinds of reports:

** UNAG Financial Statement

**"ANI" Fund Accountability Statement

** Schedule of Computation of ICR

** Management Letters (UNAG, "ANI" project).

The proposal shall present the detailed breakdown of fees separately for each kind of report, dates of providing services and other relevant conditions.
