Market value: GS-11 - the annual salary range is USD 50,790-66,027. Final compensation will be negotiated within the listed market value based upon the candidate's past salary, work history, and educational background.

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Direct supervisor: USAID/Caucasus, Democracy and Governance Office Director

Period of performance: One year (with the option to extend up to a maximum total of five years depending on funding and programmatic needs)

Security access: The selected candidate must be able to obtain the security clearance at the Secret level and medical pre-employment certificate.
