An international organization is announcing an opening for the position of Service Office Representative.Place: Marneuli, Dedoplistskaro, Senaki, Gurjaani, MtskhetaJob type: Face to face customer serviceSalary: 250 - 300 GEL.Summary of the position:Provide face to face customer service, giving necessary information to customers according to the company procedures and services. Based on customer's request, solve his/her problems within the scope of the position. Collect customers' claims and requests.

Requirements:

** Basic Windows skills; Data entry skills

** Must possess ability to learn quickly

** Good knowledge of Russian and English

** Ability to work flexible work schedule: days, weekends, and holidays.

Educational qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience qualifications (preferable): 1-2 years of customer service experience.
