The International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) supports citizens' right to participate in free and fair elections. Our independent expertise strengthens electoral systems and builds local capacity to deliver sustainable solutions. In Georgia, IFES is currently implementing a four-year USAID-funded project named "Increased Trust in the Electoral Processes (ITEP)", which engages citizens, civil society and stakeholders on all sides of the political spectrum in preparation for three concurrent election cycles.

In the framework of this project, IFES requests pricing specifications and services from health insurance providers for its local staff. Need specifications are included under section II.
