Transparency International Georgia, the national chapter of the global Transparency International anti-corruption movement, seeks a full-time Projects Coordinator to supervise and coordinate different programs.
TI Georgia works to support building and empowering state institutions, develop good governance and the rule of law, ensure the transparency and direct accountability of the state institutions, support fair and democratic elections and protect universally recognized human rights.
Main duties include:
** Coordinate the implementation of organization's ongoing projects;
** Monitor the implementation of projects' activities according to the agreed time-lines and action-plans;
** Assist Executive Director;
** Work and coordinate closely with staff members and ensure that all relevant information is shared within the office through set up mechanisms and other cross-organizational processes;
** Contribute to the work and goals of TI Georgia;
** Develop new projects and initiatives and identify emerging opportunities and funding opportunities;
** Ensure regular contact with colleagues from TI Secretariat (Berlin);
** Identify and develop relationships, ensuring regular engagement and coordination, with key partners in government, civil society and the international community
** Fulfill other particular tasks as required.
Qualifications:
** Preferable Master degree and several years relevant work experience in NGO sector;
** Basic understanding of transparency and anti-corruption mechanisms, and willingness to learn more;
** Excellent command of English language (both written and oral);
** Strong command of basic computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet research) and ability to work with various online tools;
** Ability to work independently, yet also committed to being a team player;
** Team spirit and collegial and respectful working style.
