Mercy Corps is implementing partner in NIRAS-led consortium in Danish government and Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation SDC funded Rural Economic Development programme. The programme covers Kvemo Kartli and Samtskhe-Javakheti Regions and aims agricultural sector development in these regions. Monitoring and Evaluation specialist/coordinator will be full time members of the staff, managing, organizing and conducting M&E activities in the program.

Key Requirements:
** A relevant university degree
** Thorough relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation of rural development projects
** Strong experience with setting up monitoring systems
** Experience in database management
** Experience with the Enterprise Development (DCED) Standards for results measurement is an advantage
** Experience of working in Kvemo Kartli and Samstkhe-Javakheti regions is an advantage
** Experience in organising training in monitoring and evaluation
** Experience of working with market development programs
** Fluent in Georgian and Russian language
** Fluency of English language, spoken and written
** Computer literate and proficiency with Microsoft office programs
** Excellent communication skills.
