The International Committee of the Red Cross Delegation in Georgia is seeking candidates, male or female, for the position of: IT Engineer based in Tbilisi.

Required qualifications:

** Secondary school level or technical college

** 2 years work experience in a similar field of activity

** Good knowledge of spoken and written English, knowledge of Russian language would be an asset

** Very good computer knowledge

** Capacity to adhere to and to implement procedures

** Good communication skills

** Rigor, method and analytical skills

** Knowledge of VHF and HF

Responsibilities:

** Executes technical tasks on IT equipment such as maintenance, repair, installation under supervision of a qualified and experienced IT technician / Engineer

** Assists the IT responsible in the realization of computer and telecommunication infrastructures

** Ensures and is responsible for the storage of material and software

** Provides basic support to users

** Makes regular field trips to the sub-sites of ICRC Georgia (Gori, Zugdidi, Sukhumi)

** Strong sense of responsibility, consistency

** Purposefulness

** Ability to work in a team

** Punctuality
