JumpStart Georgia is looking for a part-time Accountant.

JumpStart Georgia is a registered non-governmental organisation which applies open-source technologies to open up public data and shed light on issues of social importance.

JumpStart Georgia seeks to translate complex issues into a language a wider audience can understand and use to participate in fact-based discussions and ultimately make more informed decisions.Interested applicants, please answer the following questions.

We are looking for a part-time accountant who will work 3 days a week from 10:00 to 18:00 with a creative and friendly team.

Duties:

** Possess accounting operations

** Keep the records of contracts, invoices and other accounting documents

** Process tax declarations and control of budgetary obligations in a timely manner

** Prepare monthly reports

** Prepare project related annual reports

** Be proactive participant in improving organization's financial state.

Requirements:

** Degree in the relevant field;

** At least 2 years experience in working with NGOs;

** Knowledge of the Tax Code of Georgia;

** Knowledge of International Accounting Standards;

** Fluency in Georgian and English.

Net salary for the position is 600 GEL.
