This Request of Proposals (RFP) is to provide assistance to the Government of Georgia to promote Civil Service Reform by designing and formulating a public awareness-raising campaign. MSI requests proposals from individual organizations as well as multiple service providers who have entered into consortium to implement RFP's requested tasks indicated below in the Section C.
