The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Georgia, requests applications for financial assistance for innovative solutions to advance youth development in Georgia from eligible Georgian organizations, partnerships of Georgian organizations, and partnerships led by Georgian organizations. Innovative solutions can include new technologies and new service delivery practices or novel or more cost-effective variations on existing practices.

USAID uses an Annual Program Statement (APS) to generate competition for awards where the Agency intends to support a variety of creative approaches and activities that contribute to the attainment of its strategic objectives. This APS has been designed to seek relationships beyond traditional USAID norms by encouraging submissions by new partner organizations. Subject to the availability of funds, USAID intends to provide funding for multiple grants and cooperative agreements worth from $250,000 to $350,000 and with durations of 24 to 36 months.
