MSI is implementing the Good Governance in Georgia (G3) program under contract with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The overarching goal of the G3 is to address challenges facing governance at the local and national levels as well as to promote broader citizens engagement with their elected officials, the media, civil society, and the members of political parties through establishment and maintenance of Centers for Civic Engagement throughout Georgia.
Since 2011, G3 Local Government Component has been working at the local level to promote more responsive, engaged and professional local governments.
This Request of Proposals (RFP) is to provide assistance to the Government of Georgia in implementing Local Self-Government reform by introducing an effective and objective assessment system for performance of local self-governments across the country.
