The Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy (NIMD) is a democracy assistance organization of political parties in The Netherlands for political parties in young democracies. Currently working with more than 200 political parties from 24 programme countries in Africa, Latin America, Asia and Eastern Europe, NIMD supports the institutional development of political parties, efforts to support democratic transformation and civil society and the media.
