Sida (Swedish International Development Agency) is inviting civic organizations and other relevant actors to apply for funding for initiatives in the following two sectors:

1. Democracy and freedom of expression - for initiatives where information and communication technologies is being used to support democracy and freedom of expression.

2. Empowerment of women and girls - for initiatives where information and communications technology is being used to increase women's and girls' use and access to ICT in developing countries.
