Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) is seeking Public Finance Management Expert(s) to conduct an assessment of the existing public expenditure management (PEM) system and its oversight mechanisms in light of successful European models and to develop recommendations for their improvement. The assessment, which should cover the issues of regulatory framework and its implementation, is commissioned within the framework of EPF's EU-funded project Partnership for Budget Transparency: Civil Society Oversight of Public Spending in Georgia.
