The USAID-funded Good Governance in Georgia (G3) program is pleased to issue this Request for Applications (RFA) for eligible Georgian non-governmental entities to participate in the G3Grants Program on "Watchdog" activity to enhance the transparency and accountability of the State Competition and Procurement Agency (SCPA)'s Dispute Resolution Board.
