The International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) is requesting proposals for the Disability Rights program Election Access Learning in Europe (EALE) Project. The Election Access Learning in Europe (EALE) project will strengthen the capacity of electoral officials in the Eastern Partnership countries. IFES is an independent, non-governmental organization (NGO) with headquarters registered in the United States. IFES promotes democratic stability by providing technical assistance to the electoral cycle worldwide to enhance citizen participation and strengthen civil societies, governance and transparency.
