This 26-months programme is part of the European Neighborhood Programme for Agriculture and Rural Development (ENPARD) in Georgia (Pilot Rural Development Measures) and will be implemented by Mercy Corps in Borjomi Municipality, Samtskhe-Javakheti region of Georgia.
