UN Women has implemented the first phase of the Project "Women for Equality, Peace and Development in Georgia" (WEPD phase I) in 2010-2012 with the generous support of the Royal Government of Norway. The aim of the project was to support the efforts and strengthen the capacities of IDP and conflict-affected women's groups, other partners from civil society and government to advance gender equality and women's human rights in Georgia.
