The Government of Israel is pleased to offer scholarships to foreign students. Students can choose either a short-term scholarship or a long-term scholarship. Short Term Scholarship – granted for a Summer Language Course (Ulpan). At present the Ulpan course that they offer is a 3-4 week program at the Ulpan of the University Haifa. Long Term Scholarship – granted for a period of maximum 8 months (one academic year).
