Consultant for Data Base Development

European Neighbourhood Program for Agriculture and Rural Development (ENPARD) is European Commission funded and has launched in 2013 (4 year programme, implementing period: February 2014 - February 2018). The programme aims to contribute to increased productivity in Georgian agriculture and reduction in rural poverty .The general approach is to achieve goal by Supporting Agricultural Cooperatives in Georgia, and facilitating the creation of more conducive environment for the development of farmers groups in Georgia, with the strong focus on women's active participation and leadership.
Four non-governmental organisations: Action Against Hunger (ACF), ELKANA, Rural Communities Development Agency (RCDA) and Oxfam, create a consortium and work together to accomplish this goal in 13 target municipalities of five different regions of Georgia (Kakheti region: Telavi and Akhmeta municipalities, Kvemo Kartli region: Dmanisi, Tsalka and Bolnisi municipalities, Mtskheta Mtianeti region: Tianeti, Dusheti and Mtskheta municipalities, Samegrelo region: Zugdidi, Tsalenjikha and Chkhorotsku municipalities and Shida Kartli region: Kaspi and Gori municipalities).
As part of the programme the consortium has conducted direct beneficiary baseline survey and Oxfam is currently looking for a consultant to build a relevant database.
