Accion Contra el Hambre - Spain (ACF), as part of the Action Contre la Faim International network, is an international non-governmental, private, apolitical, non confessional and non-profit organization created in 1979. Its vocation is to combat hunger, misery and life threatening situations that effect men, women and children. Currently 500 expatriate and more than 5,000 national employees are working in our International Network. ACF is present in more than forty-six countries working in projects focusing on the following areas: nutrition, health, food security and livelihoods and water and sanitation. ACF has been operating in the South Caucasus region since 1994.
