Management Systems International, Inc., under Contract with U.S. Agency for International Development, intends to issue a solicitation for creation and operation of a Secretariat to the Advisory Council for Local Self Government Reform (ACLSGR), made up of representatives of the GoG, the Parliament, civil society organizations, and research institutes as described below.

This solicitation is pending client approval, and as such MSI reserves the right to cancel this solicitation in its entirety and not issue a solicitation or award. MSI estimates the Request for Proposal will be posted within the next three weeks, and will require a quick response time to receive proposals. Please note that this is a pre-solicitation notice for informational purposes only and proposals are not being requested at this time.

The draft statement of work for the contemplated RFP is attached. The attached SOW is provided for illustrative purposes only and is subject to change. Interested Offerors should frequently check the www.jobs.ge website for the forthcoming solicitation and other information.
