The USAID/Georgia Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD) PLUS project
is a four-year project designed to augment the implementation of
USAID/Georgia's assistance efforts in democracy and governance, economic
growth, energy and environment, and the health and education sectors
through the development of individual skills and institutional capacity
of select public entities, civil society organizations, and other
private organizations that play a strategic role in the implementation
of the Government of Georgia's reform program and the mission's
Development Objectives. HICD PLUS will identify and address performance
gaps through the distribution of participant training and by partnering
with local institutions to create long-term stability. HICD PLUS is an
official project of the U.S. Agency for International Development
(USAID), Contract No. AID-114-C-11-00002. Chemonics International is the implementer.
HICD PLUS is soliciting quotations from eligible and responsible firms and individuals for the translation/interpretation services
described herein. In total up to 10 firms/individuals will be selected
and contracted for the roster to provide requested
translation/interpretation service. Translation/interpretation service
will be used for planned Project activities on an on-call basis.
