ASB, in partnership with Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia (CSRDG) and the Kutaisi Education Development and Employment Center (KEDEC), is implementing the project ''Social enterprise - innovative approach for economic and social changes''. The project aims to promote Social Entrepreneurship as a wheel for enhanced CSO capacities in meeting their social and environmental goals and wider economic inclusion of vulnerable groups of people. The project has three Specific Objectives: 1: Tailored technical assistance and capacity building mechanisms are widely available to SEs; 2: Enabling environment for SEs enhanced through improved legal and policy frameworks and better access to finances; 3: Existing mechanisms of SE networking, advocacy and knowledge sharing are strengthened.

In the frame of this project, ASB is seeking an independent researcher to conduct desk research on international experience in state support mechanisms for social enterprise development. The research aims to share international experience and raise awareness on Government-SE support mechanisms.
