DRC is a humanitarian organisation which has been operational in the South Caucasus since 1994 with a main mandate to protect refugees and internally displaced people (IDPs) and returning migrants against persecution and to promote durable solutions. It has its South Caucasus regional office in Tbilisi and sub offices in Georgia (Tbilisi, Zugdidi, Gali and Sokhumi).
