The Czech Embassy in Tbilisi requests proposals for Local Small Scale Projects
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PROVIDE:
Filled out "Local Small Scale Project Identification Form (enclosed)
In order to be considered eligible, all above mentioned documents should be delivered both in hard copy (in a sealed envelope to the Czech Embassy, Chavchavadze Avenue 37-block VI, 0179 Tbilisi) and electronically to the tbilisi@embassy.mzv.cz by 12:00, November 15th 2016. Failure to submit the proposal both in CZK and EUR, or later delivery of documents will result in automatic rejection of your application.

YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PROVIDE:
Filled out "Local Small Scale Project Identification Form (enclosed)
- Identification form should be elaborated both in CZK and EUR.
- Project budget must be within 200.000 – 500.000 CZK and total sum of budget lines 2 and 3 cannot exceed 25% of the overall budget.
- Identification form should be signed and stamped.
- Legal entity registration (in English).
- Recommendation letter of any official authority (if available).
