Society Biliki (BLK) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization. It was founded in May 1997, in Shida Kartli, Gori. Mission: Increasing the capacity of Shida Kartli youth, community and civil society. Organization implements the following programs: Child Care Program, Community Development Program, Civil Society Development Program and Voluntary Program.
